When providing a safe environment for individuals with HIV, count on Non-Profit Independent Consultants Inc. We carefully listen to and assess our client’s needs, ensuring they are involved in the plan we are crafting for them. The services we provide through linkages are mental health, substance abuse, HIV and AIDS supportive shelter housing for single men and women, single adults with families, families with children, and ex-offenders.

We offer housing assistance to City FHEPS, FHEPS, Section 8, HRA HASA, and Veterans.
Independent Housing
Independent Housing
If clients are self-sufficient, we will help them get the lease. They will need to go to the office to meet with the caseworker.
Supportive Housing

Case managers are on-site during the day to help clients and support them with daily functions.
Scatter Site Housing
Scatter Site Housing
This is the same with the independent housing program, but the support system only visits and does not live with the individual or family.
